How your notes are protected
You write things down about real people. Here is what happens to those notes, in plain words. The legal version is in the Privacy Policy.
Personal notes are never used in AI drafts
Birthdays, family, interests and follow-ups live in a separate Personal life section, stored apart from work notes. Drafts are built from a fixed list of fields that leaves personal notes out.
Notes you type by hand on the Personal life tab never go to any AI. When you dictate or type a note, the AI that sorts it sees all of it, so it can file personal details in the right place.
Only you can see your notes in the app
Only you can see your notes in the app. We don't look at them unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it. The database lets each account read only its own records. Our systems and service providers process it to run TheirCorner.
We do not sell your data. We use no ads and no analytics.
Health details are filtered out
If a note mentions an illness, an injury or anything medical, that part is dropped before anything is saved, and you see a short notice saying so. Text you type by hand with a health word is refused.
The checks are automated and can miss things. Health matters go to HR, not here.
You set every rating
AI never sets or changes a rating. Review drafts get your ratings as fixed facts and are checked so they do not suggest a different score. 1:1 prep and corrective plans get no ratings.
An AI draft is marked as written by AI until you edit it. Your own words are kept beside the tidied version of each note.
Nothing goes to HR without you
TheirCorner never emails your team, HR, your boss or anyone else. We only email you: sign-in codes, a welcome and trial notices, and, if you leave it on, a weekly digest.
When a note looks serious, the app shows “Contact HR now”. It does not contact anyone for you.
How AI is used
A dictated note is turned into text by Deepgram. Claude, from Anthropic, sorts it by person and checks it for health details. Drafts are written by Claude from your approved work notes (review drafts also use your ratings), never from personal notes.
Only the words are analyzed, never your voice, tone or mood. We are confirming each provider’s retention and data terms in writing.
Where your notes live
Connections use HTTPS. Your data is stored with Supabase, our database host.
The recording is deleted and typed text is cleared as soon as your note is processed. Anything left behind is deleted within 24 hours. TheirCorner is for dictating your own notes after a conversation.
Delete it whenever you like
Download my data, in Settings, gives you one file with everything you saved.
Delete my account removes your account and everything in it right away: people, notes, personal notes, ratings, drafts and any stored audio. It cannot be undone.
Backups and our providers’ logs keep data for their own periods. We are confirming those windows.
